The New York Giants have found their second woman’s bicycle that was stolen from their parking lot on Thursday, and now they’re trying to track down her owner.
The bicycle was found at the Giants’ practice facility in MetLife Stadium on Thursday afternoon, according to a team spokesman.
The bike is in a secure area and not a vehicle.
The woman’s car was found in a garage and the vehicle has not been located, the spokesman said.
The Giants were able to locate the woman’s driver through the Giants parking lot surveillance system and the Giants are hoping the driver can provide them with some information about her whereabouts.
Giants’ new women’s bike, found in Metropolis, NY.
The bike was recovered by a Giants security guard after the Giants were alerted about the theft, the spokeswoman said.
The Giants have been trying to locate her owner through the team’s parking lot security system, and have not been able to do so, according the spokeswoman.
The stolen bicycle, which was not a rental, was found parked in a locker room in the Giants facility, and a team official told ESPN that it was stolen as a result of a crime.
The woman was not wearing a helmet, the official said.
We have been contacted by the Giants and we will continue to work closely with the NYPD to locate this bike and get it to her.
