Police and medics are on the scene of a shooting in the Mission District that killed at least four people.
San Francisco Police Chief Greg Suhr said that officers are on scene of the shooting on San Pablo Street.
He said officers are interviewing witnesses.
He also said there was a “significant” amount of blood in the street.
San Diego’s mayor said that three people were dead and a woman was injured.
A police officer was also wounded.
Suhr did not give the identities of the victims or the shooter, but said that two suspects were on the loose.
He didn’t provide any details on the identities.
Police have yet to identify the suspects.
Suh said police are still investigating the scene.
A woman was also taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
He did not provide further details.
There have been multiple shooting incidents in the city of San Francisco, with at least one deadly shooting involving a gun in San Pablo and one shooting in Ingleside, in which a person was wounded by gunfire.
Suhart said that there was an ongoing investigation into the shooting and that the shooting was “isolated and unconnected to any other incidents.”
He said that no arrests have been made.
He later clarified that the shooter was not identified.
San Fran’s mayor has said the city’s streets were “terrible” and he wants to see a change.
San Franciso Mayor Bob Filner has expressed frustration that the city has not had a significant increase in homicides.
“This is just a reminder of how bad it’s been,” Filner said.
“I’ve got a lot of friends who’ve been murdered, and I’m hoping that something’s going to change.”
